A hexagon blanket is a great way to show off an ombre effect yarn. Worked in the round using just 2 stitches throughout, this pattern works up fast and creates a lovely small blanket using just 2x 150g balls of yarn. I used the King Cole Curiosity DK in Mother of Pearl but you could substitute for any dk yarn you like. Using a gradient yarn means so need to change colour so it works up super fast! Finish with optional tassels or pom poms to each of the 6 points to finish. Pattern written in UK terms. Tension not critical but may effect overall size and yarn quantity needed. I worked to 18 tr over 10 rows for 10 cms. Finished blanket measures approx. 38 inches across at the widest point.
